To activate and use GuCard, you must:

Agree to comply with all anti-money laundering (AML) regulations applicable in your region.

3. Activation and Usage
Activation Process
Users must complete the card activation process via the GuMart Super App or any designated activation channel published on our website.
Activation may require payment of a one-time activation fee or subscription to a specific plan.
Transaction Rules
GuCard supports both fiat and cryptocurrency transactions.
All transactions are subject to network fees, conversion rates, and compliance checks to ensure security and regulatory adherence.
Users must ensure sufficient funds (fiat or crypto) in their linked wallets before initiating a transaction.
Spending Limits
GuCard may impose spending limits based on user tiers, compliance requirements, or security policies.
Limit adjustments can be requested through the card management section of the GuMart Super App.
4. Responsibilities of Users
Security Obligations
Users are responsible for safeguarding their GuCard, PIN, and login credentials.
In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized access, users must promptly report the incident via official communication channels listed on the GuMart website.
Compliance Requirements
Users must ensure that all transactions comply with local laws, including those related to taxation, reporting, and prohibited activities.

Termination
Users may terminate their GuCard services at any time by following the card cancellation process outlined in the GuMart Super App.
GuCard may terminate services if the account remains inactive or in violation of the Terms of Use for an extended period.
